Persepolis won a total of $220,000 and 12,000 Swiss francs from two agents in two separate cases.

According to a sports economics platform, Persepolis FC has announced two favorable court rulings in cases involving two football agents operating in Iran. The club's CEO, Peiman Haddadi, signed two official letters detailing the cases, which involve sums paid during the previous CEO's tenure for player recruitment-related services. The club took legal action to recover the funds after the obligations were not fulfilled, and Haddadi ensured the case was not left unresolved, preventing the club's rights from being violated.

In the first case, Branch 27 of the General Court of Tehran's Shahid Sadegh Judicial Complex ordered the agent to repay $100,000 to Persepolis. The judgment also includes court fees and attorney's fees, which are added to the total amount.

The complaint stems from a $100,000 payment made for player recruitment during the 2025-2026 season. Persepolis claimed in its petition that despite the passage of time and repeated follow-ups, the player recruitment commitment was not fulfilled, and the paid amount was not returned to the club. The agent's lawyer acknowledged receiving the money but provided reasons for the failed transfer, which did not prevent the court from ordering the repayment.

In the second case, Branch 108 of the General Court of Tehran's Adalat Judicial Complex ordered Mehdi Farahani-Jam to pay $120,000 and 12,000 Swiss francs, plus litigation costs, to Persepolis.

However, both rulings are preliminary and do not guarantee the recovery of the funds. The first agent's case can be appealed within 20 days of notification. The second case was decided in absentia, and according to the verdict, an appeal can be filed in the same branch within 20 days of notification, followed by an appeal to the Tehran Provincial Court of Appeals within the prescribed period.
